The First Descendant Traces Continue Walkthrough
Traces Continue is an ‘Exclusive’ quest that relates to Descendant, Bunny. To summarise the quest, you need to find records regarding the parents of Bunny within the Vespers Ruins.
The marked location is nearby to some Void Fragments within these Ruins, so it’s your job to go and have a look! Once you find the records, you can read the Colon Emergency Order. The first task is to find the records in the first place though, so let’s get started!
How to Unlock Vespers
Continuing on with the main story questline eventually unlocks Vespers, allowing you to access the location at will. If you can’t access this area just yet, you’re almost there! The point in the game where you unlock this Bunny side quest is close to when you can visit Vespers for the first time. For free roam access, complete the required quests across Vespers! Free roam is needed to complete the Traces Continue quest.
Journal Location
Once you’re in Vespers, make your way to the right side of the map to find the Void Fragments. You’ll have to look around and explore a bit, but that’s part of the fun! It’s obvious once you come across it, as the Void Reactor is also located here. Or, you can just use the mission tracker on your map, which notes down the exact spot you need to visit. To find the journal, look up at the tall archways held up by pillars, covered in leaves. The journal is placed on top of the furthest one to the front.
