The First Descendant Max Player Level
A player’s level directly ties to their progress and stats. The higher your level, the stronger your descendant becomes overall to take on harder missions and bosses with increased skills, boosts and abilities. The current max player level in The First Descendant is Level 40. Depending on your descendant of choice will determine what level 40 looks like to you. For example, some descendants offer stronger support builds over raw damage and this will be heightened at the max level.
The current highest Mastery Level and Weapons Level sits at 30. Mastery is unique from a player level since it calculates a more refined statistic. A higher Mastery allows a player to unlock more Module capacity, Descendants and Weapons. For Weapons, since it ties into a player’s Mastery it follows the same level cap which should remain true through game updates that extend the max level.
How To Increase Your Level
Below are the methods to increase your player and mastery level the fastest.
- Player Level – Any aspect of the game which generates EXP will feed into a Descendants level. Partaking in missions and ranking up is the fastest way to boost your Player Level to the max.
- Mastery Level – Visiting Albion and Prime Hands to rank up will generate Mastery EXP.
