The first Aperol Spritz I ever had was in Rome, Italy and every time I have one I get transported back to that country.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Aperol
- 3 oz prosecco
- 1 oz club soda
- Orange slice for garnish
Instructions
- Add the Aperol to a wine glass filled with ice
- Top with prosecco and club soda and stir.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
