Spritz cocktail with orange slice and ice isolated

The first Aperol Spritz I ever had was in Rome, Italy and every time I have one I get transported back to that country.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • 1 oz club soda
  • Orange slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the Aperol to a wine glass filled with ice
  2. Top with prosecco and club soda and stir.
  3. Garnish with an orange slice.
