Dandy’s World Toon Tier List
Let’s talk Toons. We’re ranking them in descending order, from S Tier, where the best characters are, all the way down to Shrimpo Tier, where… well you might be able to guess who’s in Shrimpo Tier. All these are available through The Shop in the Lobby, there’s no gacha mechanic, so use this as a buying guide for spending your Ichor.
S Tier
The best Toons right now. These have great stats and abilities and will be a massive asset to any team heading down the levels.
A Tier
Very good! These Toons have better stats, and more useful abilities, though they might be a little trickier to acquire.
B Tier
Good! These are Toons with decent skills and they represent an upgrade compared to those on the lower tiers. Abilities are more useful and the stats tend to be more impressive.

C Tier
The basic characters. These are usable, but nothing extremely special. Their abilities aren’t anything crazy. Fine to start the game with, but you may want to upgrade to something of a higher tier at some point.
Shrimpo Tier
He’s in a tier on his own until he learns to do better, please do not approach him.
