Your pack got duped by a nasty Wyrm Spirit, The Answering Tiger, three years back. Now, under Stormcat’s (your patron Spirit) wing, you have to put your pack back together to take The Answering Tiger down a peg.
You get to pick from five werewolf tribes: the scrappy Bone Gnawers, peaceful Children of Gaia, urban Glass Walkers, commanding Shadow Lords and regal Silver Fangs. You can also pick your auspice which is basically your werewolf horoscope. It shapes the kind of beast you’ll be.
If you’re a World of Darkness fan and live for interactive stories, you’ll like Werewolf: The Apocalypse – The Book of Hungry Names. You can kick it old school with rules-lite, activate the Storyteller mode or activate the Iron Wolf mode. The narrative is deep because of the sheer number of pathways your story can travel down, branching choices packed with action and dialogue.
