This Irish Whiskey Mule comes from our friends at Red Locks Irish Whiskey, who were featured in our St Patrick’s Day episode of “Taste Buds with Stephanie.”
Ingredients
- 3oz of Red Locks Irish Whiskey
- 1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- Ginger beer, to top
- Garnish: mint spri
Instructions
- Add the Red Locks Irish Whiskey and lime juice to a copper mug or a highball glass.
- Fill the mug or glass with ice and top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
