St Germaine makes a delicious Springy Spritz.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz St-Germain
- 1 sprig mint
- 4 oz prosecco
- 1 ounce soda water
- Garnish: mint sprig and lemon
Instructions
- Add 1 1/2 oz St. Germain and mint sprig that you have slapped into a wine glass filled with ice
- Add the prosecco and the soda water and stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
