A dole whip mimosa gives all the feelings of the famous Dole Whip in an alcoholic, delicious brunch drink. To modify for a mocktail, just omit the prosecco and use club soda instead. Cheers!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup. pineapple juice or pinneapple orange juice combo
- 1.5 oz coconut cream
- 1 mini bottle Lamarca Prosecco
- Mango or Pineapple sorbet for serving
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a tall glass or champagne flute, add 2 oz pineapple juice and top with 1.5 oz coconut milk. Top off with about 2 oz Prosecco.
- Garnish with a cookie scoop ball of sorbet in each glass with a fresh mint sprig and an optional straw.
