We made this delicious Irish Coffee in our “Taste Buds with Stephanie” episode for St. Patrick’s Day featuring Red Locks Irish Whiskey.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of demara sugar
- 2oz of Red Locks Irish Whiskey
- 3 oz fresh heavy cream
Instructions
- Fill a coffee mug with hot water to preheat it, then empty it.
- Add Demerara sugar
- Pour piping hot coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full.
- Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Blend in Irish Whiskey.
- Pour heavy cream gently over the back of a spoon. Serve hot.
