Irish Coffee

We made this delicious Irish Coffee in our “Taste Buds with Stephanie” episode for St. Patrick’s Day featuring Red Locks Irish Whiskey.


  • 1 teaspoon of demara sugar
  • 2oz of Red Locks Irish Whiskey
  • 3 oz fresh heavy cream


  1. Fill a coffee mug with hot water to preheat it, then empty it.
  2. Add Demerara sugar
  3. Pour piping hot coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full.
  4. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  5. Blend in Irish Whiskey.
  6. Pour heavy cream gently over the back of a spoon. Serve hot.
