I love a chunky chopped egg salad. This is my favorite combination, but you can add capers, red onion, other fresh herbs, or seasonings.

Ingredients
- 5-6 hard boiled eggs
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup sliced dill pickle
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp chives
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp Dijon
- 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine and chop with a large chef’s knife on a cutting board, leaving a rough chop until all ingredients are well combined.
