Then add in and sautee the spices 

Then add all the chopped Kale – keep tossing the whole time

Then sprinkle with all the other things like the coconut, salt to taste  and granulated garlic

Toss really well until the kale is coated with the spices and half way cooked it’s best not to overcook the kale 

Add salt to taste and serve warm or cold
