This hot pickle dip from The Jason Show is cheesy, melty, pickle-y and delicious. The perfect warm dip for your party.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 4 oz plain goat cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup homemade or bottled ranch dressing (see note)
- 3/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 cup chopped pepperoncini
- 1 clove garlic grated on a microlane
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
- fresh dill to garnish
Instructions
- Pulse cream cheese, goat cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing in a food processor to blend
- Add dill pickles, pepperoncini, garlic, dill, salt and cheese and pulse a few times more to blend. Turn mixture out into a 8x 8 inch baking dish and cook at 350 for 25 minutes until bubbly
- Garnish with Crunched up potato chips, green onions and fresh dill
