This hot pickle dip from The Jason Show is cheesy, melty, pickle-y and delicious. The perfect warm dip for your party.


  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 4 oz plain goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup homemade or bottled ranch dressing (see note)
  • 3/4 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup chopped pepperoncini
  • 1 clove garlic grated on a microlane
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
  • fresh dill to garnish


  1. Pulse cream cheese, goat cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing in a food processor to blend
  2. Add dill pickles, pepperoncini, garlic, dill, salt and cheese and pulse a few times more to blend. Turn mixture out into a 8x 8 inch baking dish and cook at 350 for 25 minutes until bubbly
  3. Garnish with Crunched up potato chips, green onions and fresh dill
