Everybody loves a good egg bake. I make the veggies and the filling the night before and pour the custard on. in the morning and bake it for 55 minutes to perfection. No bread is required for the Gluten-free folks
I love to use both goat cheese and mozzarella in this tomato tart. Goat cheese helps set up as a base and provide a tangy bite and I love the creaminess from the mozzarella. Plus, you can’t go wrong with homemade pastry, fresh tomatoes and basil.
